Not feeling supported by your partner as you struggle each day in your career is draining.
Being a full time cheerleader is tiring.
Has your business plateaued?
Has your marriage plateaued?
Has the strain of business found it’s way into your relationship?
Has the mess of your marriage begun to mess up your career?
Have you lost your way and feel all alone, even though you are married?
Is there unspoken tension that is tearing you up inside?
Are you entering a new season of life together and feel totally unprepared?
Are there unspoken money issues brewing under the surface?
Married couples in which one or both spouses are self-employed,
in business together, in full time commission sales or

We are Cyndi & Steve Fine, Destination Coaches. Cyndi coaches women and business owners. Steve works with leaders and men through his coaching practice. Together we have over 25 years of mentoring and coaching experience. We have been married for over 32 years all of it while one or both of us have been self employed. Has it been easy? Of course not. We have gained a great deal of wisdom along the way that we share with couples in similar situations during intimate retreats to fun and exciting destinations. Over the past seventeen years we have had the honor of serving in a variety of marriage ministries. Future retreats will include Paris, France; Puerta Vallarta, Mexico; New York and New Mexico. Shopping, golf and adventure are all on the menu.
Cyndi says: I am an accidental entrepreneur . In my career as a self-employed /chief everything officer, I have had a love-hate relationship with my business much of the time. Sometimes I felt thankful for the freedom and flexibility I had, and sometimes I wondered if I should have made a different career choice.
Now that I have reached this point in my life ~ 33 years of being a Solopreneur (the fancy sounding way to say self employed), it has allowed me the opportunity to bring all of who I am to all of what I do. I realize the gift I have had and the lessons I have learned by being able to create my own path.
Being a consummate consumer of education and information to build and promote my own businesses I have been able to share this knowledge through workshops, seminars and clients for their professional growth. It has all come together to help others in a way that rocks my world.
Steve says: Certified as a Master Life Coach through the AACC, I have taken course work in Leadership coaching, marriage and parenting coaching, financial and wellness coaching. This certification makes official what I have unofficially done for many years in mentoring and teaching. My thirty year career has been as a business owner, sales and sales management as well as director of a non-profit organization. I have experienced both success and failure and been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades along the way. Working for start ups and long established companies as an independent contractor and self employed in human resources, personal development, personal finance and technology. My career has taken me on the road and away from my family for regular and extended periods of time, which provides unique lessons and trials.
Just as I have learned from others; realizing that life is too short so it is important to learn from the experiences of others, I have always known that the lessons learned throughout my life were to be shared and taught to others. I have served as a coach, mentor, educator and trainer both formally and informally, seeing this as the real gift I have to offer the world.
Married for 33 years, we have been blessed with three wonderful children, two beautiful daughter-in-laws and two amazing grandchildren. We live with our labradoodle Gizmo in central Wisconsin. Traveling has been a part of who we are. From two years of working and hitch hiking throughout Europe and the Middle East, vacationing in Guatemala, Spain and Mexico to travels around our own incredible United States – we are excited to share the wonder of “other places”, the adventures of foreign lands, and the important perspective travel provides when making plans and setting goals.
